Michael C. Peckham, Partner

 

 

Michael Peckham is a trial lawyer who specializes in personal injury litigation. After spending years representing large insurance companies, he chose to dedicate his efforts representing victims of accidents throughout Florida. He joined Schwed Law in 2012 and has since recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients, through negotiated settlements and jury verdicts.

Michael was born and raised in Newport, Rhode Island. After residing in and traveling throughout the United States, the Virgin Islands and Europe, he relocated to Florida to begin his legal career.

In 2003, Michael graduated magna cum laude from The University of Rhode Island where he obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Political Science and French. In 2009, he obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law where he earned individual awards in Trial Practice and Trial Advocacy. Michael is also proficient in French having studied at the Collège International de Cannes in the French Riviera.
