Juan Asconapé, Partner
Juan Asconapé is a trial lawyer who specializes in personal injury litigation. He has dedicated his entire legal career to representing victims of accidents throughout Florida. He joined Schwed Law in 2009, has handled over 1,200 cases to conclusion and has recovered over 25 million dollars in compensation for his clients, through negotiated settlements and jury verdicts.
Juan spent his childhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He speaks fluent Spanish, and devotes much of his practice to representing Spanish speaking clients.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University – Bloomington, where he majored in English and minored in Spanish and Latin American Studies. He obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, in California. He has also studied in Italy and France, and speaks proficient Italian and French.
He lives in Jupiter, Florida with his wife and four young children. He is a parishioner at St. Peter Catholic Church, where he serves in various Church ministries. He volunteers in the community through the coaching and administration of youth sports, currently serving as the President of Volleyball sports for the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association (JTAA).
