Hubert (Hubie) rendered professional and meticulous service in my vehicular accident case. Wasn't pushy to get things settled which was good as ultimately the case was settled above what we had thought initially. Hubie was also helpful in being prepared for the deposition on the case and in other aspects of billing support. McGinley is one of the most genuine and kind hearted people. Although the process was long like any ordeal dealing with insurance companies, he always kept in touch with me and made sure I was up to date on everything happening. My accident was a very long case it took over four years to settle. During that time I went through different case managers and a lot of times my information had to be explained over and over and over again which was kind of frustrated but over all my experience with attorney Peckham was amazing. He was knowledgeable, he was kind, and he listened, not to mention he got me the maximum amount allowed it in my case. I always felt prepared for any depositions or questions from opposing attorneys.

I was a victim of road rage accident in March 2016 and after changing two attorneys The team of Schwed, Adams & McGinley, P.A., took over my case. It was a challenging case as Allstate didn't want to pay and minimized both my physical and mental illness injuries (PTSD) even though I had two witnesses and a police report. My attorney Michael Peckham and his team did an outstanding job and was able to negotiate my medical bills and was able to retain for me some money for future medical expenses.Most of all, Michael truly has compassion and understanding for my case and how much this process affected me in addition to injuries caused by the car accident. He always made himself available when I needed him.As a licensed psychotherapist I work with many of my clients who suffer from chronic anxiety and daily stress and I will definitely refer my clients, friends, and colleagues. I highly recommend Michael Peckham.

After speaking to the Joel... Sorry if i miss spelled it! I have gotten clarity. I was infact upset and to be honest I'm still upset. But... I feel better. Thank you for reaching out and showing me that I matter. Im human I have feelings and to have 2 or 3 different people tell me 5 different things can be stressful.
