Paul Shalhoub is Smokin’….Gator BBQ, that is
In the words of the Palm Beach Post’s Liz Balsameda, “They’re lawyers by profession, town council members by civic duty and barbecue pit masters by passion.” “They” are Paul Shalhoub, Associate at Schwed, Adams & McGinley, and his father Bob and together they are the forces behind Smokin’ Gator BBQ, purveyor of Memphis-style barbecue and local fan favorite.
Recently, Paul and Bob brought their BBQ goodness to The Regional Kitchen in West Palm Beach and teamed up with executive chef Lindsay Autrey for a session of her summer series “Pig Pickin” Tuesdays.” Every picture tells a story, and the one above is no exception. A good time was had by all! Here, Paul Shalhoub (center) is joined by colleagues from Schwed, Adams & McGinley Paul Adams (left) and Bill Wade (right).
