Juan Asconape: Anchoring Schwed’s Spanish-Speaking Practice for More Than a Decade
Juan Asconape has been a member of the firm since 2009. During that time period, he has successfully handled more than 1200 personal injury claims from start to finish and recovered more than $25M for the firm’s clients. Juan is fluent in Spanish, having grown up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and nearly all his time is spent advocating for the rights of the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients.

Michael Peckham has been with the firm since 2012 when he decided to switch from representing insurance companies to advocating for those who had been injured by the negligence of others. Since that time, he has represented thousands of satisfied clients and recovered millions of dollars for them. After growing up and attending college in Rhode Island, Michael moved to the Sunshine State to attend law school at Florida Coastal Law School in Jacksonville.
