Bill M. Wade, Litigation Associate
Bill M. Wade is an experienced civil litigator who has represented plaintiffs in various practice areas including medical malpractice, personal injury, business litigation, construction litigation, consumer protection and class actions. Mr. Wade graduated from the University of Notre Dame, magna cum laude, then attended law school at Vanderbilt University, where he won the 8th annual Manfred Lachs International Moot Court Competition.
Since beginning his practice in Memphis in 2000, Mr. Wade has extensive first chair trial experience in both jury and non-jury cases. Mr. Wade has been named a Mid-South Super Lawyer Rising Star in Medical Negligence from 2009 to 2014, and in Business Litigation for 2013 and 2014.
Today, Mr. Wade is licensed in both Tennessee and Arkansas and focuses his practice predominantly in Premises Liability, Auto Accidents, Medical Malpractice and Construction Defects.
